Welcome to Ari Saala. By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

If you don’t vibe with any part of these terms — you know what to do (exit stage left).

1. Use of Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you're under 18, get a pirate captain (a.k.a. parent/guardian) to shop for you.

  • Don't misuse our website, hack stuff, or pretend to be someone you're not. We’re pirates, but not that kind.

2. Product Information

  • We try to be accurate AF, but sometimes product images may slightly differ due to lighting, screen resolutions, or your phone's mood.

  • All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without notice (but don’t worry, we’re not shady about it).

3. Orders & Payment

  • We accept online payments via trusted gateways (UPI, Cards, Wallets, etc.).

  • Once an order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. That’s your treasure map.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspicious activity or stock errors (we hate it too, but it happens).

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We usually ship within 2–5 business days. Pirates are fast, but we’re not Prime yet.

  • Delays due to weather, strikes, or delivery partner drama are out of our hands.

  • We currently ship across India. For international orders — stay tuned, we’re coming for the world.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We only accept returns if the product is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. No returns on “I changed my mind” — we print what you pick.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Everything on this site — designs, copy, logos — belongs to Ari Saala. Don’t copy-paste our swag.

  • Sharing our stuff for love or memes? Cool. Stealing it for resale or fake merch? We’ll find you.

7. Community Code

We love rebels, not jerks.
 If you harass, spam, or act shady, you’ll be banned faster than you can say “Ari Saala.”

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as we grow (and take over the world). Check back now and then — we’ll notify you if anything big changes.
